Membership Selections Criteria

The National Academy of Maay Culture and Sciences seeks members who are passionate about the preservation and promotion of the Maay language and Somali cultural heritage. We look for individuals with a strong commitment to cultural advocacy, linguistic preservation, and community engagement, who can bring expertise and enthusiasm to support our mission. Ideal candidates include educators, researchers, cultural practitioners, and community leaders dedicated to advancing the understanding and appreciation of the Maay language and its rich oral traditions, scientific vocabulary, and environmental knowledge.
